Paper:112g,127g,140g,170g180g,200g honeycomb paper are usually usded,the 140g paper is especially common.

Width:900-1600mm,1250 is usually used.

Thickness:5-100mm,weusuallyuse9.5,12.5,15.5,18.5,20.5,30.5,32.5,35.5,37.5,40.5,50.5,55.5…..

The key points of honeycomb paper used in furniture boards：

1. The thickness of honeycomb paper0.5mm-1mm higher than that of the frame
2. Use speciall honeycomb gule,and it is decided by the material of panel,we often use UF glue,PU glue and PVAC glue
3. 3. Expanding honeycomb paper is a standard hexagon structure,the usual expanding rate is 75%.if more we called low expanse;if lesswe called over expanse,when the rate is 75%,we can obtain the best surface proportion.,or else,it will be lessen3% more or less
4. Press: it is best for the pressing machines ,press a little stronger than the resistant strength of the honeycomb press,usually the range is between 2to 5k/cm
5. When dong hot press the eddes of the frame need have air holes,so that the hot air can be breathed
